Your goals so mirrored mine ( other than publishing the book of course – although I did think of entering the poetry competition again…) that it is truly uncanny. I am trying so hard to eat better in terms of content nutritionally , deciding what to do with my hall, the fact I must be ruthless about decluttering my dressing room, and of course I declare I am the world’s greatest Francophile. ( I bought a house and lived in Provence for a while)..

I know it must take a lot of courage to do so. I thought I’d share w you a de-cluttering your closet tip that has been a game changer for me. It is 1 in; 3 out. If I buy something new, I must get rid of 3 items. It really makes me question how much I want the new item and if I do purchase forces me to make decisions!
