We stayed at Hotel Oratio during our last trip to Paris, located in the Latin Quarter, and it was divine. Great room with balcony looking onto a quiet street, staff willing to do whatever they can to make your stay memorable, and a wonderfully historic Haussmann architecture–who could ask for more?

I always stay at Hotel La Perle in the 6th. Fabulous location 34 room boutique hotel. 5 euro breakfast. Wonderful staff.

We too are traveling to Paris this October, my daughter and I. I was wondering if you have any other quaint budget hotels to add to this list? Like Paloma in teh comments below, we are struggling to find any of these under $300/$400 per night.

Thank you for this post. My husband and I are travelling this October for our honeymoon and were looking for a nice boutique still affordable hotel, I checked the above online but rates are higher than what you mentioned :(. Do you have any other suggestions that are within a $150/$200 per night budget? Hotel Des Grands Boulevard is my favorite I think but it is $400 per night at the moment, Thank you again!
