Vanilla Bean Chantilly Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (360 grams) cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup (40 grams) confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 tsps (12 grams) vanilla bean paste

Preparation

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk
    attachment, beat all ingredients at medium speed until
    medium peaks form, 3 to 4 minutes. Use immediately.
