(40 grams) confectioners’ sugar

(12 grams) vanilla bean paste
Preparation
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk
attachment, beat all ingredients at medium speed until
medium peaks form, 3 to 4 minutes. Use immediately.
